Ted Quinn's beautiful opening set with the Bingo Band included "Little Blue," a wonderful surprise for all of Fred's friends in the audience, and tear-stained faces spotted the crowd when Victoria Williams performed "Kashmir's Corn."

Tony Mason's dad and brother were in attendance, and the whole weekend was a magical family affair. The weather could not have been more perfect, with summer dancing into the hi desert early this year.

The 4th annual Joshua Tree Music Festival will be May 19-21, 2006 -- so mark your calendars now.
